My email alerts are not coming through

This could be for several reasons:

• Check that your email address is typed correctly with no spaces — one wrong character makes all the difference (go to the 'My Account' link from the top menu)
• Ensure you have saved a search, clicked the email alert radio button [ ] next to the appropriate search and selected the frequency of your email alerts
• Check your email alert frequency is correctly
• Email alerts are only sent if a new job has been added to the system that matches your selected saved search
• Your mail program or other security software may have moved/deleted the email (check your junk mail folder and ensure that findprimarycarejobs.com is set as an allowed sender)
