I've uploaded a new photo, but the old one is still showing
This is because many broswers retain images in their cache (a store of previously seen pages). Because the filename of the new photo on our system will be the same as the old one your browser may still display the old one from its cache rather than getting the new one. Going to 'View my profile' and clicking the 'refresh' button one or twice (or F5 key on many browsers) will usually display the correct photo.
