Why save my searches?

Two reasons:

You won't have to type in the details of the job you are looking for again. All you will need to do is log in and a list of your saved searches will appear. Just click the one you want and it will process automatically.
You can select one of your saved searches to receive email alerts — this means that you will automatically get an email showing new jobs that have been added to www.findprimarycarejobs.com that meet your search criteria. You can choose how often your emails will be sent.
